As Environmental Engineer for ShoreRivers, William provides design, permitting, and construction management services for restoration projects. He joined the staff of ShoreRivers in 2020. 

William specializes in designing urban stormwater retrofits, wetland and stream restoration, and shoreline erosion control. He also undertakes agricultural BMP and habitat design. William is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland and Delaware and studied Civil and Structural Engineering at the University Of Manchester, UK.
