Come see your Miles/Wye Riverkeeper, Elle Bassett and Chester Riverkeeper, Annie Richards! ShoreRivers will host its Annual State of the Eastern Bay Rivers on Thursday, May 19 at the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center (CBEC), in Grasonville, MD. The event is free and open to the public. Family friendly activities will be available for children ages 6 - 12, including a crafting table to create water gratitude charms! Doors open at 5:30pm for a reception of wine, beer, and light appetizers featuring Orchard Point Oysters. The formal presentation will begin at 6:00 pm.
