Join your Sassafras Riverkeeper Zack Kelleher to experience the annual blooming of the American lotus; a hallmark of summertime on the river. If you haven't experienced North America's largest wildflower up close, it's a special tradition each summer that attracts visitors from around the world.

This two-hour event is open for 16 paddlers, ages 10 and up. Paddlers can bring their own kayak or use gear provided by ShoreRivers (ShoreRivers kayaks and gear are available for up to 10 people).
